1. What is a Mystery Jewelry Box and what’s inside?

Our Mystery Boxes are curated curated collections of trendy jewelry! Each box is a surprise and may include a mix of necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets, and hair accessories. We promise the total value of the items always exceeds what you paid!

2. I saw my order being packed on TikTok! Can I get that exact box?

Yes! If we tagged you or used your order number in our TikTok video, that exact satisfying pack is coming your way! Please note that due to high volume, we can't film every single order, but every box is packed with love and high-quality goodies.

3. Can I customize my Mystery Box? (e.g., "No earrings" or "Gold only")

Absolutely! We want you to love your surprise. You can leave a note in the Special Instructions / Order Notes box at checkout (e.g., "Silver only," "No pierced earrings"). We will do our absolute best to customize it for you based on our current stock!

4. What materials are your jewelry items made of? Are they hypoallergenic?

We care about your skin! Most of our jewelry pieces are made of heavy silver plating,14K/18K gold plating, or alloy. They are lead and nickel-free, making them safe for most sensitive skin types. To keep them shining, we recommend avoiding water and perfume.

5. Can I buy a single item instead of a full Mystery Box?

Yes, you can! If you fell in love with a specific piece from our videos, check out our "Single Items"collection. You can purchase them individually to mix and match with your Mystery Box!

Shipping & Returns

1. How long will it take to get my order?

Standard processing takes 1–3 business days (especially if we are filming your pack for TikTok!). Once shipped, standard U.S. shipping usually takes 7–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.

2. What is your Return Policy for Mystery Boxes?

Due to the nature of surprise mystery boxes, all sales of Mystery Boxes are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for a preference change. However, if any item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll make it right!

3. What should I do if an item arrives broken or missing?

Oh no! We pack everything carefully, but accidents can happen during shipping. If anything is broken or missing, please email us at huanghh0823@outlook.com with your Order Number and a picture of the damaged items. We will send you a replacement immediately!
