Exchanges

 The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and you need the purchase receipt.

To apply for a return, please contact our customer service first. We will send you the authorized return address and guidance after approving your request.

 Refunds

 We will inspect your returned goods and inform you of the refund result. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment account within 10 business days. Banks may need extra time to process the refund. If you have not received your refund more than 15 business days after approval, please contact us at huanghh0823@outlook.com.

Damages and Issues

 Please check your goods after receiving. Contact us right away if your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we will solve the problem for you.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, customized products, personal care products, dangerous goods, sale goods and gift cards cannot be returned.

Special Rules for Mystery Digging Jewelry Blind Boxes For buyers outside the European Union: Opened blind boxes cannot be returned or exchanged. Only fully unopened blind boxes can apply for return within 30 days after delivery, and the buyer shall bear all return shipping fees. The return address will only be provided after your return application is approved. Buyers located in the European Union enjoy the 14-day cooling-off period required by local laws.
