Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every Vowin Jewelry product and are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Earrings For hygiene reasons, all earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All earring sales are final. If you receive earrings that are defective or damaged, please refer to the "Damaged Items" section below.

Other Jewelry Items You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return jewelry items, excluding earrings. All returned items must be unworn and returned in the same condition as received. After 10 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Please note: Any returns that do not comply with our return policy and have not been pre-approved by us will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.

How to Request a Return Please email us at huanghh0823@outlook.com with the subject line: "Return Request | Order #: _" In the body of the email, please specify the item(s) you wish to return and any relevant details.

Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. For any questions, please contact huanghh0823@outlook.com. Please note that delivery times to our facility may vary depending on your location.

Damaged Items If you receive a damaged item, it must be reported to huanghh0823@outlook.com within 3 days of the delivery date. Subject line: "Damaged Item | Order #: _" Please include your name, order number, and the name of the damaged item(s) in the body of the email, along with at least two photos of the damage as proof. Our team will initiate the process within 24 hours.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return and confirm it is in the same condition as when it was shipped, we will notify you of the approval status. 

Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at huanghh0823@outlook.com.
